Hi we’re Ocean Protocol!
Doing so, the Ocean Protocol unlocks data that’s stored in silos. Utilising blockchain technology, the Ocean protocol enables data providers to let data consumers safely use their data, without actually giving them access. This is because it’s just the AI algorithm that’s running the data. Only the end result will be passed on to the data consumer.
The OCEAN token is used as a means of exchange between the data consumer and data provider.
We aim to unlock data, for more equitable outcomes for users of data, using a thoughtful application of both technology and governance.
